To achieve the outcomes to which Tyrone Electrical strives, Management will: Define the business risks related to our activities; develop and implement Quality plans to reduce, minimize, or eliminate the risks associated with our operations; establish quantifiable parameters related to our operations to allow for the development of measurable objectives and targets aimed at the reduction or elimination of operational risks and promotion of continual improvement objectives; maintain an awareness of the legislative frameworks and update our operational requirements to ensure that POWER Enterprises Electrical Services complies with relevant legislation at all times; encourage employee participation in our business operations where appropriate by communicating this policy and other relevant documents to all staff; and, ensure the currency and continuing appropriateness of this policy by regular review.
